Marianne H. Carter

Marianne Heuberger Carter
Marianne graduated from the post-baccalaureate paralegal program at the University of San Diego School of Law in 1988. She joined Couture Law P.A. when it was founded in January of 2010, bringing with her over 22 years of experience in the legal field. Marianne has an extensive background in both personal injury and wrongful death, which she has focused her career on since moving to Brevard County in 1997.
Marianne previously worked for several law firms in Brevard County which all specialized primarily in personal injury and wrongful death, including eight years with Childress & Charpentier, P.A., as the paralegal to Hubert C. Childress, Esq., until his retirement in 2007. Marianne then went to work for Donoghue & Holland as the paralegal to Gary L. Holland, Esq., through January 2010, when she left to pursue a promising career with Couture Law P.A., which she has found extremely rewarding. Marianne has extensive experience in case management and assisting attorneys with preparing cases for trial, and is well qualified to assist in the handling of personal injury claims, both prior to and in litigation.
In March of 2008 Marianne was one of the first paralegals in Florida to become registered with the Florida Bar as a Florida Registered Paralegal. She has also written several articles which were published in the Florida Justice Association Journal, a bi-monthly periodical for Florida trial attorneys.
